Since the scheduling of an appointment involves reserving time just for you, a minimum of at least 24 hours in advance of a one-hour appointment is required for rescheduling or cancellation.
At least 72 hours in advance of a two-hour appointment is required for rescheduling or cancellation.
Sessions not cancelled within those time frames may be charged at the regular rate.
Lengthy phone consultations (longer than 5 minutes) may be charged at the same rate as an office visit, and in five minute increments. Hourly rates apply to session summaries and report writing.
Fees are payable at each visit. Invoices are provided at the end of each month, which may include non-face-to-face contact. Invoice charges are payable upon receipt.
If you opt for recommending mediation, when you agree that a recommendation is required a retainer method of payment is established. Each party will be asked to provide a retainer, and then work will be billed against this. The retainer is determined through an estimate of the work which is required.
A retainer method of payment is required for special master appointments.
